Every PetSolved product is backed by our 30 Day Premium Happiness Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will work swiftly to resolve the situation to your complete satisfaction.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return your item must meet the following conditions:
Return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition. Item must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories and components included. Proof of purchase must be provided with your return request. Items that show signs of use, damage caused by misuse, or are missing original packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.
NON RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Items returned after the 30 day return window. Items that have been used, washed, or altered in any way. Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling by the customer. Consumable products that have been opened or partially used. Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To initiate a return please follow these simple steps:
Step 1 — Contact our support team at thepetsolved@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Step 2 — Include your order number, the name of the product you wish to return, and a brief description of the reason for your return. Step 3 — Our support team will respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions and a return shipping address. Step 4 — Securely package your item and ship it to the address provided by our support team. Step 5 — Once your return is received and inspected we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
REFUNDS
Once your return has been received and inspected by our team we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If your return is approved your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Please note that depending on your bank or credit card provider it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
PARTIAL REFUNDS
In certain circumstances partial refunds may be granted at the sole discretion of PetSolved. This may apply to items that are returned in a condition that does not fully meet our return eligibility requirements.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect please contact us immediately at thepetsolved@gmail.com with your order number and clear photographs of the damaged or defective item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you as quickly as possible. This is our promise to you and your dog.
LOST PACKAGES
In the rare event that your order is lost in transit please contact us at thepetsolved@gmail.com with your order number and tracking information. We will investigate the matter with our shipping carrier and work to resolve the situation as quickly as possible including issuing a replacement or full refund where applicable.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is the result of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item sent by PetSolved. In cases where the error is on our part PetSolved will cover all return shipping costs in full.
EXCHANGES
At this time PetSolved does not offer direct product exchanges. If you would like a different product please initiate a return for your original item and place a new order for the desired product once your refund has been processed.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not received your refund within the stated timeframe please take the following steps:
Check your bank account or credit card statement again carefully. Contact your bank or credit card provider as processing times may vary.
